Voice-note the job from the van. The finished quote or invoice comes back the same day, in your format.
Sent from your email, or back to your WhatsApp to send yourself — your call.
Not an app. Nothing to learn.
£49 first month founding rate · cancel any time · a real person checks every figure
How it works
One WhatsApp number. Send a voice note, a photo of a scribbled job sheet, or a two-line text — whatever's easiest with your hands full.
Voice note at the merchant's counter. Photo of the back of an envelope. “Invoice Dave for the consumer unit, usual terms.” I take it from there.
Your quote or invoice comes back the same day, in your exact layout, your rates, your wording. I check every figure by hand before you ever see it.
It goes to your customer from your own email — or back to your WhatsApp to send yourself, your call. Either way a copy sits in your own folder, ready for your accountant.
Same day. Send it from the van, it's done before you're home.
You see every document before it goes to your customer.
Cancel any time. No notice, no contract.
Fully insured — professional indemnity and cyber.
What I handle
I'm deliberately strict about this. Anything with legal sign-off stays with the person qualified to sign it.
See the work
This is the whole job. You talk while you pack up; the document is written the way you'd have written it.
What you send
“Right — Mrs Patel's, that consumer unit swap. Ten-way board, day and a half, four eighty plus materials. Can you get that over to her today.”
What she gets
For: Mrs Patel, 34 Elm Road
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Consumer unit replacement — 10-way board Labour, 1.5 days | £480.00 |
| Materials — consumer unit & sundries | £210.00 |
| Subtotal | £690.00 |
| VAT (20%) | £138.00 |
| Total | £828.00 |
Sample — real figures come from you. Replace with a live example once a founding client is happy to share one.
Fair questions
No. There's nothing to download, no login, no dashboard. You save one WhatsApp number and talk to it like you'd talk to an office manager. That's the whole thing.
Two ways, your choice. Easiest: I send the finished document back to your WhatsApp and you forward it — nothing to set up.
Or you can give me permission to send from your address, so it goes out without you touching it. Takes two minutes on the setup call, and you can switch it off whenever you like.
I never have your password.
I don't invent numbers. Every price, rate and quantity comes from you — I'm writing it up, not working it out.
Then I check it by hand. Nothing is auto-sent.
And you see the draft before it goes to your customer. If something's off, tell me and I'll fix it and resend in the same conversation.
Every document sits in your own folder — only you and I can see it, and it's yours to download any time. Nothing is shared with anyone, ever.
I keep your past documents for one reason: it's how I keep writing like you. If you leave, you get the folder and I delete my copies.
ICO registered, everything on a dedicated business account — never a personal one.
On your documents, yes. At setup I record whether you're VAT registered and how CIS applies to your work, and every quote and invoice reflects it — the right VAT line, a reverse-charge statement where that applies, or the CIS deduction shown on contractor jobs.
What I don't do is file. VAT and CIS returns stay with you and your accountant. And if a job's treatment isn't obvious, I ask rather than guess.
A few, honestly.
I'm taking 10 founding clients and that's it — I'd rather do ten properly than fifty badly.
I don't touch EICRs, gas certs or minor works. Those carry your legal sign-off and I'm not going near them.
I'm not a bookkeeper. I won't file your VAT return or chase your debtors.
And it's just me — so if I'm full, you'll go on a list rather than get a worse service.
Send me a voice note about the next job you price and I'll have you set up the same day. £49 for the first month. Cancel whenever — no notice, no contract.
