Things you'd want to know

Is this an app I have to learn?
No. There is nothing to download, no login, no dashboard. You save one WhatsApp number and talk to it like you'd talk to an office manager. That's the whole system.
How do you send from my email without my password?
Your email provider (Gmail, Outlook) has a built-in “send as” delegation feature — you grant it in about two minutes on our first call, and you can revoke it any time. We never see or hold your password. If you'd rather not, we send finished documents back to you on WhatsApp and you forward them — your choice.
What if you get a price or a figure wrong?
Every document is checked by a human against your rates before you see it, and nothing goes to a customer without your 👍 in the first month. If we ever send something late or wrong, that month is free. We also carry professional indemnity insurance.
Who sees my customer data?
Only the PaperSorted team — nothing is outsourced or passed around. Your documents live in a private folder that you can see and we're registered with the ICO. If you leave, your folder is yours and we delete our copies.
Do you handle VAT and CIS?
Yes — we set up your VAT status (standard or flat rate) and CIS deductions on day one, and every invoice reflects them correctly. Your accountant gets tidy, consistent records instead of a shoebox.
What's the catch with the £49 first month?
No catch. It's a founding rate while we're new and earning your trust — and founding clients keep their monthly rate for good, even when the price goes up later. No contract, cancel any time.
